Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Each paper of regular sessions is allocated a time slot of 20 minutes, 15 minutes of which for the presentation, and the remaining 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Questions are a part of sessions but they have to be consistent and prepared https://writingleader.com/journal-article-critique/

The conference room is equipped with a data projector with a VGA (D-Sub15) connector.

Please bring your own PC, and make sure that the PC can be surely connected to the projector before your session starts.

If your PC does not have a VGA port, you are requested to prepare for a suitable adaptor by yourself.

Poster Presentations

Each paper in a poster session will be provided with a board that can hold a poster up to 1130mm(W) X 1620mm(H).

Adhesive tape will be provided for mounting the posters to the boards.

A presenting author is expected to be available in front of the poster for the entire duration of the poster session.

There will be a table if required, but the number of tables is limited.

There will be short oral presentation (30 seconds each) given before each poster session P1, P2, P3, P4 (except SPS).
Please check "Poster Teasers" in the technical program.
Ex. [PT1: Poster Teasers 1] is for the presenters of [P1: Poster session Video Technologies].
( SPS has no short oral presentation)

Please make and upload your one-page slide (only PDF file is accepted) for each short oral presentation in the "Poster Teasers" from the following page using same ID and PW when you submitted your manuscripts.

Deadline for submission of one-page slide is 31st December 2012(JST).
